Current industry focus includes consumer products, apparel retail, action sports and the gear for them, and real estate securities. As a stock analyst I covered Nike and VF Corp; watching Volcom, Quiksilver, & PacSun with great interest. Formerly wrote the morning line column for Forbes' Best of the Web financial site worldlyinvestor.com. My picture even appeared in “Forbes ASAP”. OK, it was about 1/8 of an inch square, but it was still my picture! Licensed for real estate sales in NJ; experience in investment/commercial, expert in 1031 exchanges, active in the northern half of the state but networked to trusted partners all over the country.
