HR1586 Needs a Catchy Name

HR1586 is the resolution just passed in the House of Representatives to tax bonuses of employees of TARP recipient companies at a 90% federal tax rate. That "90%" certainly holds your attention, but "1586" is just a jumble of numbers. This is America, and we're into branding here above all else. So this bill needs a catchy, handy name.

How about the "Witch-hunt Act"?

"Enemies of the People Act"?

"Class Warfare Act"?

I kind of like "Send All Remaining Well-Paid Finance Jobs To London and Frankfurt Act" but it's a mouthful. "Destroy New York Act" captures the same idea in fewer words.

How about, in the tradition of naming bills after their animating spirits as per Sarbanes-Oxley and Smoot-Hawley, we call it "Chavez-Lenin"?
